Morten Münchow — Founder of CoffeeMind & Carina Lyall — Storyteller and Facilitator in Nature Connection
We often talk about coffee as something we meet over. Something that wakes us up, gathers us and follows us through the day. We are talking about beans, roasting, acid and aroma. But perhaps coffee is first and foremost an exercise in effort. The same coffee can taste flat, bitter or amazing. The difference rarely lies in the prayer alone. It's in the human behind. In the time, the attention and the desire to make an effort. Together with coffee expert Morten Münchow and storyteller Carina Lyall, we explore what coffee brewing can teach us about craft, presence and the connection to what we do. Why can we taste the difference between something made with care? What happens when we are fully present in what we create? And how can even a cup of coffee remind us of the value of slowness, attention and deep roots — both in our work and in our relationship with the world around us?
Meet Morten Münchow and Carina Lyall, who invite a conversation about the craft of coffee, the stories we live by, and why what we do with presence is often what sets the biggest clues.
